200 Hour Licensed & Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor

Since 2018, yoga has been a transformative part of my life. I discovered the practice during a time when my mind was flooded with “what if” thoughts while my husband was overseas. Seeking peace and calm, I turned to yoga and immediately felt it was exactly what my mind and body needed.

With a background in martial arts, I bring a unique blend of strength, discipline, and focus to my classes. My journey deepened through Pilates training, Meridian theory, and Chakra studies in Yin Yoga, allowing me to create balanced, mindful flows that connect body and spirit. My love for community and the ocean influences my teaching, whether through beachfront yoga classes or interactive workshops designed to foster connection and well-being.
